This does not affect access to the home or amenities, but guests sensitive to daytime noise should take this into consideration before booking. This is a 100% smoke-free property. Any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Approved pets are $20/day per pet, with a $75 monthly pet fee per pet. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet, and a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Quiet hours consist of keeping all audio and noise levels at a minimum level out of respect for the neighbors.
