Since 2002, he has been representing buyers, sellers, and investors in the purchase, sale, and management of residential houses, condos, and income properties, including distressed, probate, & guardianship properties. The recipient of numerous awards, Brad was recognized as the Certified Residential Specialist – Arizona Chapter "Realtor of the Year" in 2018 and 2015. Brad earned his broker's license in 2008 and competed a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Phoenix in 2000. Bradley MacLay is a native of Arizona and has lived in the Phoenix area since the early 1990's. After spending several years working in the mortgage banking industry, Brad decided to quit his job and transition into real estate sales in 2002. He founded MacLay Real Estate LLC shortly thereafter. His wife, Jennifer, joined the business as an agent in 2005. In 2008, Brad and Jen founded an extremely successful property management business that grew from one residential property to properties within ten years of operations.
