With two living areas, three outdoor spaces, and every bedroom having its own private en-suite bathroom, this layout eliminates typical group rental challenges. A 2-car garage is available. Hotel-grade linen cleaning is provided. Ubers/Lyfts are readily available. This home sits on legendary 8th Ave South, Nashville's hidden gem, just 2.3 miles to Broadway and even closer to The Gulch and 12th South. The neighborhood is PRIME LOCATION just minutes from Broadway and all the major attractions, adjacent to the Waverly Neighborhood. It's a 9-minute drive to Broadway & Bridgestone Arena, 7 minutes to The Gulch, 5 minutes to Geodis Park, 8 minutes to Nissan Stadium, 4 minutes to 12 South, 6 minutes to Vanderbilt, and 5 minutes to Belmont. For everyone's peace of mind, there are exterior cameras on the property for safety purposes. Please avoid glitter and confetti decorations, and steer clear of placing anything on the wallpaper; all decorations must be removed before check-out. This house is designed as a peaceful retreat, so the property should not be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests. Please help keep outdoor noise to a considerate level during quiet hours. To keep the space fresh and comfortable for every guest, there is no smoking inside or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please keep windows and doors closed. A $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors. If something breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please let the host know.
