This spacious and bright condo features a fully-furnished kitchen with major appliances and cookware, free Wi-Fi, and a TV for in-unit entertainment. The family-friendly resort offers a tranquil oceanfront pool, a 150 ft. long lazy river, an outdoor hot tub spa, a kiddie pool, and an indoor pool with a hot tub. Parking lots are located on Withers Street and across from the resort, with a maximum of 2 spaces per unit. Upgraded internet is available for an additional charge. Centrally located on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this vacation home is close to the Myrtle Beach Strip, blocks away from the Boardwalk, and a short drive to the Sky Wheel. Numerous boutiques and souvenir shops are also nearby. Pest control service days are scheduled for the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. Guests will be charged an extra $25 per item if bracelets are not left in the unit. Grilling is prohibited and will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with a $250 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
