Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. Grilling is prohibited, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony.
