Enormous living room with picture window overlooking Potomac river and Georgetown. Full kitchen with balcony access which looks out on Rosslyn and Georgetown. Apartment building has rooftop terrace that overlooks the DC skyline, Georgetown, and Potomac river. Building has a gym, outdoor pool, and laundry on every floor. Parking garage attached to building for ~$100/month. Roommates are young professionals working and studying in D.C. One female, one male. There aren't currently any pets in the unit, but building and roommates are pet friendly. Looking for a roommate who is quiet, clean, and friendly. Located in Rosslyn, 5 minute walk to the metro, 20 minute walk to Georgetown, walking distance to Roosevelt Island, biking trails, and Clarendon.
