A shared washer and dryer are located at the back of the building, accessible from the kitchen and shared with two other units on the property. If the property IS NOT pet friendly, no animals are permitted at the property. Located within a small shared community property, this unit gives you private indoor space while enjoying access to thoughtfully designed outdoor amenities shared with other guests. This unit is part of a small shared property, and outdoor amenities and laundry are shared with other guests. The buildings have character and reflect the authentic desert environment, so expect charm over luxury. There is a unit above this one, and as an older building, you may hear footsteps or occasional outdoor activity, so light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs. Pets are welcome, and please include them in your reservation. Being in the desert means occasional critters may appear, which is part of the natural landscape. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. If the property is pet friendly, pets are allowed at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest.
