There are two assigned parking spaces on the property. Two laundry facilities are onsite. Convenient to Sonoma ... Highway (Hwy 12) with easy access to Highway 101 North and South. Close to shopping, food, and retail shops (1 mile from Montgomery Village, nearby Flamingo Center and Mission Plaza). Oliver's Market, Safeway and Lucky supermarkets are all located within a short distance. In addition, residents enjoy nearby schools, including Brush Creek Nursery School and Brush Creek Montessori School. Please no pets, except service animals. Resident pays utilities and garbage; Owner pays water and sewer. We do have an $25 application and the credit check for each adult. Good credit. Security deposit is one month's rent.
