Unit is very relaxing and quiet and is a ~12 minute walk to Forest Hills orange line T stop (where you can get the commuter rail too), a 10 minute walk to Target and Roslindale Village. Restaurants, post office, bakeries, grocery store, farmer's market, another commuter rail stop. There are five different bus lines that go down Washington Street to Forest Hills station, so you can take one of those, which takes about 3 minutes to the station, or walk. Driveway parking - but you'd have to move your car if I or downstairs tenant need to move our cars from the garage. Easy parking on the street with no permit. Roughly 30 mins door to door from here to downtown Boston. Close to West Roxbury and Chestnut Hill. I can be flexible with move in date (could possibly be avail in late June or July), and with lease length. I'm a creative and work from home.
