A minimum credit score of 700 based on the consumer credit report obtained during the screening process, with at least three years of positive credit history. No material past due accounts, collections, or judgments that indicate an inability or unwillingness to meet financial obligations. 3. Verifiable combined gross monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount. 3a. Verifiable cash reserves amounting to at least 12x the rent will reduce the income requirement proportionately.
