About This Property
Single-family house for rent. Space includes three bedrooms (and a fourth room that could be used as an additional bedroom), one bathroom, large living room, dining room and kitchen with a gas stove and vent hood. The bathroom has just been remodeled including a new tile floor and the entire space has been freshly painted. Additionally, the hardwood floors have just been resurfaced and finished with satin polyurethane. Please note: the photos were taken before the recent work and do not reflect the current state of the interior - none of the blemishes are visible. The back yard is fenced and dog(s) are allowed with some restrictions. Off-street parking is available for up to two vehicles, but a garage space is not available. There is a strict no-smoking policy within the house including a ban on any and all kinds of electronic/vaping devices. If smoking of anything at all via any method at all is going to happen, it needs to happen outdoors, NOT indoors. All utilities will remain in the owner's name and he will pay them directly. However, the renters will pay for 70% of the following utilities: gas/electricity, garbage disposal and water/sewer services. Owner will provide copies of each bill as they come due and renters will reimburse the owner within two weeks of receiving them. Internet/cable service can be negotiated before the lease signing. Well cared-for pets are allowed, including dogs with some restrictions. Owner will want to meet any and all pets before the lease is signed.
