For those looking to explore further, Red Rocks is a 30-minute drive, and ski resorts are just an hour and a half away. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose, with UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO only 15 minutes away. Check-out time is 10 AM, and failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. Noise disturbances should be minimized as many guests work from home. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances, and additional disturbances may result in eviction without refund. All properties are non-smoking and non-vaping, with violation resulting in damage fees. Please ensure all trash is taken out and dishes are placed in the dishwasher upon check-out. Personal property left behind will incur a minimum $50 returned item fee. Maintenance issues should be reported promptly, and while efforts will be made to resolve them quickly, no refunds or rent reductions will be provided for mechanical failures or interruptions of utilities. The apartment includes all utilities and internet, valued at $150+ per month, with fast internet speeds of 300mbps download and 10mbps upload. A shared router may or may not be in-unit. Enjoy entertainment on the smart TV using your own streaming service, as cable is not provided. Free communal laundry is available in the basement, and a propane grill is provided for your convenience.
