This apartment has great natural light from all four sides and a great balcony off the kitchen. This apartment has a great mix of old-school charm with hardwood floors, a red brick building, and broad windows, plus a modern style with a renovated kitchen and bath and hip furniture. Shared, coin laundry is in the basement. This apartment is dog-friendly with a pet rent of $90/dog/month. Please add your dog to the reservation, so the pet rent can be collected. Located one block from City Park and five blocks from Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens, this apartment is within walking distance of restaurants, coffee, retail, and music on Restaurant Row (17th Ave) and Colfax. It's a four-minute drive to Sprouts Farmers Market, Ideal Market, Whole Foods, and King Soopers, eight minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District, eight minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi, and 30 minutes to Red Rocks. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose (four minutes away), and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO (20 minutes away). Check-out time is 10 AM. Failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. Please be mindful of the noise coming from your unit due to pets, music, and children as to not cause a disturbance. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances. Additional disturbances will result in eviction from the property.
