Month to month. Not far from MVCC, Utica University or even Suny Poly, Wolff Speed, etc. All utilities are INCLUDED (heat, water/sewer, electric) for ONE PRICE. No washer/dryer in building - you will need to go to a laundromat. NO PARKING AVAILABLE - STREET PARKING ONLY. Must have proof of income (minimum required, please ask) and credit/background checks are performed on each adult. One adult preferred (due to size) however, two is the MAX allowed (again, due to size). Price is dependent on the number of people (additional person is $50 more per month - no exceptions).
