We love living here, just signed our new lease. Front office is wonderful, maintenance guys are fantastic and our cleaning lady is amazing. It has easy access to public transportation ( streetcar & buses ). Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We are not far from almost all neighborhoods in New Orleans. I would definitely recommend living here.

In my honest opinion an apartment with a ton of college students does not qualify as luxury. The doors in the apartment could have been an inch longer. Light gets in from the hallway, however, every door is like that in the apartment. The paint is chipping from behind my bedroom and bathroom door, I have to sweep often. The toilet is so close to the shower, it's ridiculous and i'm not sure what kind of tile is used on the shower wall but it stains easily and the grout isn't filled in all the way. I tried scrubbing the dirty grout clean and it just came out. So there are holes. I have much more to say, but not enough space.
