We are looking for a 2 year lease to start, the unit will be available anytime in June for move in. The main level has two bedrooms including a large primary separated by a full bath. Going downstairs you will find the garage access which also leads you to the back yard patio area. The back yard is fully fenced. Downtairs you will find two bedrooms and 3/4ths bath. A large family room, storage, and laundry are also in the basement. As a tenant you are responsible for all utilities, lawn/snow, and renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card.
