Set in town above Flores Mantilla flower shop, & across the street from the Lee Mansion & the gardens, this 1,010 square foot two bedroom one bath apartment is in an ideal location for living "in the heart " of downtown Marblehead! 164 Washington Street is close to shops, restaurants, parks (both Crocker Park & Fort Sewall), Boston Yacht Club, & Marblehead harbor. This 2nd floor walk up has a generous sized living room in the front of the building with laundry off of the Eat in Kitchen in the back of the house (Look outside on the balcony across roof tops & some of Marblehead's gardens). The third floor has two bedrooms & a full bath. The main bedroom has views of the Lee Mansion garden as well as spires from some of our churches, roof tops, & down Washington Street. The owners are also providing a rented parking space around the corner at the Masonic (on street parking is often avail). There is a $25. per person CBR / NTN application fee for anyone 18 and over. Sorry No Pets.
