Boone Creek Apartments are two bedroom and two bathroom units centrally located near the Boone Mall, shopping and dining, and walking distance to AppalCART stops. This small apartment complex has a lot to offer, with a split floor plan, air conditioning, full size appliances (including a washer/dryer) and a pantry! The rental price is $1000 per month, and these units are jointly leased. The security deposit is $1000 for the whole unit, and there is an administrative fee of $50 per person. Utilities are not included, and are tenant responsibility. There is a dumpster onsite for tenants to use for household trash.
