Everyone residing in the apartment over the age of 18 must fill out our credit application. Credit scores under 675 are often rejected. We cover water and heat. Residents may make use of the back yard. No grilling on property. Heat included. New plumbing and electric service. Our credit check costs $40.00 and we require good credit, no collections, no judgments and credit history credit scores under 675 are often rejected. We run criminal background checks subsequently. We do not allow smoking of Marijuana inside the building and require that smoking marijuana to be no less than 15' from the building, this is because we are sensitive to the smoke and have pulmonary issues. Simply put the people in the building make or break the quality of your life in the apartment. Everyone moving in has their credit, civil and criminal histories ran. The apartments all come with two sunrooms, large living and dining rooms, plus three bedrooms, two bathroom, updated kitchen, hardwood floors, new double pane windows, intercom security, new electric service, circuit breaker panel and storage. Good heat, building manager on premises. Private building backyard. Ease of getting around the city and north suburbs. Reasonable rent for a very large space.
