The condo is on the second floor, in which it sits beside the Cherry Creek walking trail and has many convenient store and food options available. This space, with newly installed flooring, includes a private bedroom and bathroom with a shared space of the dining room, kitchen, and living room. The owner - myself - will have their own living room/loft area up the stairs where their separate bathroom and bedroom are located (which does NOT consist of the listed square footage); therefore, the shared living space will more than likely be used minimally by the owner. To add, the owner just moved in recently, so please keep in mind that more furnishing will be provided to the living and dining room in the future. The price encompasses all costs for the entire month as there are no additional fees other than the initial security deposit. Plus, you can easily use accessible roads like Parker, Arapahoe, E-470 and more to explore further endeavors. As a teacher within the local area, I am committed to being a trustworthy individual. This clean and quiet living space is inclusive of all people and welcomes peace, reliability, and a place to call home for hopefully, a long time! A credit check and/or background check may occur per request of the owner at the renter's expense.
