About This Home
Large Sunny Bedroom with lots of wood paneling and natural light. The house is located on a quiet street, on a hill surrounded by trees, so it’s very tranquil. It's like a cabin in the woods but updated and with modern amenities! Located near North Campus and the Medical Center and about a 20 minute walk from downtown. The river and Argo park are also a short walk away, so paddle sports and floating are great options while the weather is nice! There are 1.5 bathrooms in the house that are shared with the other 2 housemates and 1 friendly cat. The common areas of the home include an open floor plan kitchen (with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher) and a living room off the kitchen. A second (already furnished) living room with a balcony is also part of the common area you would have access to use. There is also a washer/dryer in the home, a linen closet, shared storage space, and a small garden plot outside if you like to grow flowers or veggies. This is an ideal situation for someone in graduate or medical school. There's ample privacy and quiet for studying or working from home, and the housemates are also friendly people who like to have relaxed get-togethers and dinner parties occasionally. An assigned parking spot is provided. No Indoor Smoking.

Ann Arbor is a city where a world-class research university and a thriving technology sector have genuinely shaped the place into something worth paying attention to. The University of Michigan, founded in 1817 and the oldest in the state, anchors both the economy and the cultural pulse of this Washtenaw County seat. Major employers in education, healthcare through Michigan Medicine, and a growing cluster of tech startups give the city a steady, opportunity-driven energy without the sprawl of a large metro.
Neighborhoods here each carry a distinct personality. Kerrytown sits close to a year-round farmers market and preserved historic storefronts. The Old West Side offers streets lined with 19th-century homes, while areas near North Campus draw those connected to research and engineering. Burns Park and South University put residents within easy reach of central campus and everyday conveniences.
