Lease Details:
Lease starts on September 1, 2024 and ends on August 31, 2025 (12 month lease). We can be flexible with the start date of the lease as needed.
First months rent and a security deposit (equal to one months rent) will be due at the signing of the lease.
All rent is due on the 1st of each month, if rent is received after the 5th of each month, a $250 a day late fee will be assessed.
Renter must pay for all utilities, including water, electric, gas, and cable/internet. No smoking allowed.
Each applicant is required to pay a $35-$40 application fee, which covers the tenant screening process (incl. credit, background, and eviction check). Applicants will be required to provide their most recent pay stub.
