The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) with a pet fee of $150. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F, or you might incur a fine of up to $500 if the A/C unit freezes.
