About This Property

Located in the neighborhood of Wando Lakes in Central Mt Pleasant is a 1457sf 3 bedroom 2 full bath single story house for rent. This house has bamboo wood flooring in the living areas and master bedroom, vaulted ceilings throughout the home, updated light fixtures, and tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. The living room is centrally located with recess lighting and modern ceiling fan, large windows that allow for lots of natural light, vaulted ceilings, and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen and dining room are open with Black stainless steel French door refrigerator, electric oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, a pantry, and white tile countertops. Located past the kitchen is access to the one car garage with shelving units for storage. The master bedroom has bamboo wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a separate garden tub and walk in shower. The additional two (2) bedrooms and one (1) full bathroom are located on the opposite side of the house. Both bedrooms have large closets and one of the bedrooms has vaulted ceilings. The two (2) bedrooms have carpet flooring. There are storm doors that lead from the eat in kitchen to the screened in patio, and a screen door that leads to the private fenced in yard. The yard is beautifully landscaped with flower beds, a brick patio with patio table and chairs, fire pit, and irrigation system in both the front and back yard. The neighborhood of Wando Lakes is currently zoned for excellent public schools including James B Edwards Elementary, Moultrie Middle School, and Lucy Beckham High School. Lucy Beckham is currently being phased in depending on the grade. This neighborhood is centrally located in Mt Pleasant close to the Mt Pleasant Town Center, Recreation Center and ball fields, East Cooper Medical Hospital, and just five (5) miles to Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island beaches. Services provided by owner include biannual HVAC maintenance, gas utility, termite and quarterly pest control, landscaping and flower bed maintenance. Professional landscaping service provided by owner is non-negotiable. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities. No Smoking. Pets negotiable with pet fee. Limit of two (2) pets. Pets to remain on flea prevention throughout lease duration and dogs have nails trimmed every two (2) months to prevent bamboo wood floors from scratching. Tenants to maintain irrigation system as needed to maintain lawn. Tenants are not permitted to park on grass next to driveway or in front of home where irrigation heads are located. Owner will provide a water utility reimbursement in exchange for tenants maintaining lawn irrigation. All Occupants over age eighteen (18) to submit application. Security deposit, full first months rent, and pet fee (if applicable) due at lease signing.
