How would you like to live in a remodeled apartment in a historic 1930's building near 18th and Boston and close to other midtown attractions like Cherry Street and Utica Square? This building is just a block from Doubleshot Coffee, BurnCo Barbecue, Dalesandros, etc. A two bedroom apartment in the building was completely restored about a year ago. The original hardwood floors were refinished, and a new kitchen, appliances and bathroom were installed. Rent is $775. You would only pay electric and gas, and the rent covers water and trash. The deposit is $600, and it's all refundable at move-out assuming the apartment is left in good condition. A cat or small, quiet dog is allowed with an additional $100 deposit. No large dogs please. This apartment is on the second floor. I do require credit and background checks, and I typically don't lease to someone with a prior lease eviction.
