Over 18 feet wide, 15 feet long, and 10-foot ceiling with exposed rafters. It has a large closet, an extra niche, 3 windows, central heating, overhead lighting, modern ceiling fan with lights, and its own lock and key. THE RENT: Annual lease for $825/mo. Monthly option available for a slight premium. One month deposit and $300 move-in fee. Last months’ rent needed for annual lease only. THE UTILITIES: $175/mo covers all Gas, Water, Electric, Wi-Fi, and Monthly Housekeeping. THE HOUSEMATES: Everyone is a working professional. We keep the home clean, quiet, and respectful.
