About This Property

Our 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment is available August 1st. No pets please. The apartment has new paint, fridge, carpet and water heater as of 1 year ago and tenant was one of my sons so the place has been well taken care of. Utilities not included however water is shared with the adjoining tenant who are great! (2 of them are my sons). Apartment has it's own outdoor parking space as well as street parking. Good shade in the summer and brick exterior holds in warmth in the winter. 12 month lease required so let me know if you would like to submit an application.
