Applicants also have the option to email me the completed form with a picture of their photo ID and can submit payment over the phone. The $75 screening fee is per application and not per applicant. Once the applicant(s) is approved, a letter will be emailed to the landlord or property manager. This process can take up to 24 to 48 hours. The administration office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Rental criteria: We do not accept anyone with felonies in the past 10 years or excessive misdemeanors for crimes other than traffic. Pet restrictions: Only two pets per unit are permitted; no pit bull terries are allowed. Tuscany Preserve is a gated community. The tenants will receive a personal gate code for their visitors. Residents can purchase either a gate clicker ($75) or a gate access card ($50) for gate access. There's also an amenities key to purchase ($35) for a fitness room and community pool access.
