Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. If furniture has been moved, a $50 furniture reset fee will be charged after checkout. Any violation of the house rules may result in additional charges, removal from the property without refund, and/or reporting to the booking platform. Outdoor and garage amenities are provided as a courtesy and their availability cannot always be guaranteed.
