The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

This community neighborhood is very good to live and The new stuff is very responsive
I'm yet to be resident of this place. It might be too early to write a review about the community. However its not stopping me to let others know how well we were treated during initial days of leasing. The two ladies ( Lori Tobias & Cathy ) are gentle, professional and clear through out the discussions. Why I'm being appreciative about the management, here you go - 1. Warmth welcome received, where as other communities' front desk were either neutral or negative ( visited atleast 20+ before finalizing Tuttle ) 2. Didn't create a hype or panic situation around the rent / availability. Where as at other places we were made to think the hell will break if the booking not done in next couple of minutes. 3. Although I have made few mistakes in the documentation, payment details, these ladies were patient enough to get thru us the leasing process. We are hoping that our stay would be great. Thanks to the management for giving us the confidence. Wish to be your neighbor soon. Thanks Naveen Future Resident :)
The new management is very friendly and taking lot of Initiatives to improve all the facilities !!!
I put maintenance request last month and even after several E-mails it is unattended. May be they do not care for customer
I have lived in tuttle parke. This is worst place you ever want to live. service is do bad. apartments are old. Their office is always closed. Only way to contact them is by email. They do not reply to email. If you have emergency, then you are on your own. They speak rudely. Even if they pay you to live here. still do not take that offer. This place is hell.
I am staying in this community since more than 2 years now and my experience is not good as compared to other surrounding communities. The office staff is very rude and unprofessional for almost all residents. They may be a bit better before you signed a lease but after you sign a lease, you will be treated like anything. However, people prefer this community only to save some money on rent (not so much less though) and Dublin schools. If that is not a constraint then this is worst community I have ever seen with respect to office staff.
