McDonald Chocolate Company Building which features well-maintained xeriscaped and gated grounds, socializing spots, as well as a secure and modern lobby. The apartment features industrial design elements such as exposed ductwork and concrete beams, brick walls, 18-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, large windows throughout, and an open concept layout. The modern and gourmet kitchen has a Viking refrigerator, gas range, ample counter and cupboard space, as well as a wet bar and beverage fridge. The bedroom includes multiple closets and access to an incredible ensuite spa bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a steam shower. Enjoy an in-unit washer/dryer, 1 reserved covered parking spot, and a storage closet. No pets. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $2,575 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available for a 12 + month lease only. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: power, gas, phone (optional), internet, and cable TV. Water, sewer, trash, groundskeeping, and snow removal are included. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. As per HOA requirement, resident agrees to pay move-in charge of $500 and move-out charge of $500. NEIGHBORHOOD: The warehouse district is a historic neighborhood in the heart of downtown and is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, breweries, bars, and galleries.
