The apartment features industrial design elements such as exposed ductwork and concrete beams, brick walls, 18-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, large windows throughout, and an open concept layout. The modern and gourmet kitchen has a Viking refrigerator, gas range, ample counter and cupboard space, as well as a wet bar and beverage fridge. The bedroom includes multiple closets and access to an incredible ensuite spa bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a steam shower. Enjoy an in-unit washer/dryer, 1 reserved covered parking spot, and a storage closet. No pets. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $2,575 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available for a 12 + month lease only. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: power, gas, phone (optional), internet, and cable TV. Water, sewer, trash, groundskeeping, and snow removal are included. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease.
