Although this listing states the property is located at 159 River St., it is actually directly across the street at 166 River St. For some reason this website cannot locate 166 for the listing. There is campus parking and off street parking available as well as a city parking garage on the block. Washer and dryer are included with this apartment. This is a smoke-free, pet free building that best accommodates students and young professionals. This unit has a 24 hour surveillance Digital monitoring camera system on the exterior of the building. There is a small private parking lot for tenants and a private courtyard for outside parties and barbecues upon request. One month security deposit is required.
