The building also offers a fitness room and a community center for residents. Experience the vibrancy of Seattle's culture with nearby attractions including Seattle Center, Olympic Sculpture Park, Climate Pledge Arena, Pacific Science Center, and South Lake Union Park. This location is perfect for those who enjoy concerts, sports events, and outdoor activities-- placing you at the epicenter of entertainment. Electricity, water, sewer, and garbage utilities for an additional flat-rate fee of $200 per month*. Pre-installed Wi-Fi service is available, with costs varying by the selected service level for a completely hassle-free move-in. *Consult lease terms for more information about the terms of service. First month's rent due at signing. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $180 and refundable $1500 security deposit due prior to move-in. We will not accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report. Applicant must have verifiable income that is at least 3x monthly rent, employment at current job for at least 3 months, minimum credit score of 600, two physical copies of photo IDs, no prior evictions, and no bankruptcies within the last 7 years. An applicant's credit report and background check as well as personal information, household information, residence history, and income history will be used to screen tenants through an automated process. Applicant agrees to have previous housing references contacted. The cost of the background check will not exceed the customary costs charged by a screening service in the general area and will be paid direct to an external background check company. Tenant agrees to fill out a move-in and move-out checklist to document condition of the unit and its furnishings. No smoking within the building nor on the rooftop. Tenant agrees to abide by all building rules (provided after signing or per request of applicant). One domesticated small dog or cat permitted with pre-approval. Pet may not be of breed pit bull, rottweiler, German shepherd, or any mix with 50% of these breeds. Tenant must sign pet agreement form prior to bringing a pet. For service animals, verification of the tenant's disability-related need for the animal from a doctor or other qualified third-party is required. A tenant is liable for the behavior of their service animal and any damage that their service animal causes to the property. Valid drivers license and vehicle registration information must be provided for parking spot assignment. Tenant must show proof of renter's insurance policy for the duration of tenancy. No unapproved subletting or guests, building has minimum-length stay requirements for residents.
