There is no need to lock your door at the apartment, as I am very respectful of individual privacy - Wi-Fi access throughout the apartment - The apartment is located close to SW 137th ave and SW 152nd st - We are 0.5 miles from a Publix grocery store and a large strip mall/shopping center with almost everything you could need - We are roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour drive from downtown or south beach, depending on traffic - This wont be a great location for you if you have to make frequent trips downtown or south beach in rush-hour traffic.

Located about 15 miles southwest of downtown Miami, Palmetto Estates feels like a sunny suburban utopia, with palm trees along the streets, freshly cut lawns, and Florida's gorgeous clear blue skies.
