Showings by appointment only between 10 am-2:30 pm Monday-Saturday. 15. Application fee: $75 per proposed occupant 18 years old and older; non-refundable. 16. $150 administration fee added to accepted applications for move-in. 17. No fee equal to 1 month's rent required for move-in if no credit/background issues. 18. Pet Fee: $200-$400, along with $25-$45 monthly pet rent per pet. 19. Strict requirements for documentation of emotional support animals. 20. No internet certificates accepted for emotional support animals. 21. ESA letter or Service Dog letter required from in-state doctor for service animals. 22. may request Reasonable Accommodation Form for ESA. 23. Licensee verification conducted for all ESAs.
