Other apartments are accessible by a separate entrance and are connected to the basement of the house. Big driveway, tenant(s) would have two parking spaces, with additional room for guests if needed either in driveway or one hundred feet up the road. Tenants are required to have their own renter's insurance. Dogs are welcome with an interview & approval by both owner and homeowners/liability insurance, additional pet security deposit, written pet agreement and proof of coverage under separate renters / liability policy.
