Seven minutes from Main Street Rosendale, ten minutes from Uptown Kingston, and eighteen minutes from New Paltz. Half Mile from the rail trail on Marcotte road, 3 miles from the Rosendale Trestle Rail Trail parking. This house has two nice sized bedrooms, fairly equal in size, great for two adults. Newly redone hardwood floors on first level, granite kitchen counters, vaulted ceiling in Livingroom, spiral staircase (this house is not handicap accessible). Big, spacious backyard. Utilities are included -(including electric, heat and shared internet) See lease description. Tenant would have to pay for cable TV if they wanted it. There are three apartments on the property. Other apartments are accessible by a separate entrance and are connected to the basement of the house. Big driveway, tenant(s) would have two parking spaces, with additional room for guests if needed either in driveway or one hundred feet up the road. Tenants are required to have their own renter's insurance. Dogs are welcome with an interview & approval by both owner and homeowners/liability insurance, additional pet security deposit, written pet agreement and proof of coverage under separate renters / liability policy. One month security deposit required. Laundry, shared between all units, accessible from a separate entrance to shared apartment hallway. All potential tenants will be subjected to a credit and criminal background check prior to showing apartment, and references will be requested and contacted (including current land-lord).
