The charge to remediate smoking is the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Excessive noise violations after the first complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. If pets are staying in the apartment, pet waste should be cleaned up and disposed of in the outside trash. If there is damage to the apartment and notification is not provided, it can result in cancellation of the reservation. Missing or destroyed fixtures or personal property will result in the actual replacement cost plus a $50 restocking fee. Unauthorized pets on the premises will result in the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower.
