Updated kitchen and bathrooms in 2002. 2 car attached garage. Outbuildings include 16 x 24 extra garage and 40 x 50 shop (not included with rental, see below). The owner is willing to negotiate the additional shop to be included in the rental for a larger monthly fee. Shop is an all metal structure with overhead door and walk door. Includes paint booth and 5 hp Quincy air compressor with hose reel and plumbed air lines throughout. Heated and air conditioned. Water and floor drain. 100 Amp service with 110 & 220 outlets. Initial lease terms are 12 months with short term leases available for an additional fee. Residents pay all utilities. Electric and Gas are set up and billed through MidAmerican Energy and Water/Sewer/Trash to Des Moines Water Works. Residents also handle all lawn care and snow removal.
