Under new ownership. 154 Westview Ave is changing it's name to Westview Apartments (Formerly Courtyard Terrace Apartments). The 2 buildings have 8 apartments each for a total of 16 apartments. These apartments are all 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with tub/shower. The kitchen includes a sink, fridge, electric oven/stove. Tenant may supply their own microwave oven. The apartments are undergoing major renovations with new AC/Heat mini-split units and exterior doors already installed. Apartments are undergoing renovations one by one and will become available as they are completed, so potential tenants are encourage to contact us, apply and complete their pre-screening if they would like to secure an apartment. We are a non-smoking community. Apartments are available for rent starting at $600 with additional $50/mo for water/sewer/garbage/pest control. Tenant pays for all other utilities. This property is close to the Bay with a Public Pier close-by with great views while walking/jogging this quiet neighborhood. The Heritage Museum is located within easy walking distance and is of local historical interest. The Museum hosts unique craft classes, and fun events thoughout the year including the "Mardi Gras Golf Scramble", "Saturday in the Park" which is a 5K Run/Walk and street party, "Red, Wh!te and Brew" in July, "Haunted Heritage Day", and "Yule of Yesteryear". Doc's Oyster Bar is a locals favorite situated close-by and directly on the bayou with great sunset views. Eglin Air Force Base old East Gate is located only 1.6 miles away, a 5 minute commute, perfect for Military Personnel looking for an affordable Off-Base living situation. Northwest Florida State College is only 4.2 miles away and about a 9 minute commute. Rental applications will be directed to the Owner's realtor screening company.
