The home has central heating and AC, and an in-unit washer and dryer with detergent provided. Free parking is available on a rear parking pad and free street parking can be found throughout the area. Nearby attractions include Glacier Ridge Playground & Walking Trails (1 min), Stoney Trail & Shaganappi Trail (5 mins), various dining and shopping options (5-10 mins), Nose Hill Park (15 mins), CrossIron Mills (15 mins), Calgary International Airport (18 mins), Downtown Calgary (20 mins), and much more. There may be potential noise in the basement during your stay due to ongoing renovations.
