Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, with a $250 CAD fine for any migration of smoke or smell of smoke. Guests must follow municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost; improper disposal may result in fees. Guests are responsible for any fees, fines, or towing related to parking. Essential supplies are provided for initial settlement, with additional replenishments available at an extra cost. Do not leave windows or doors open during winter to prevent pipes from freezing.
