Cheap, scheming property management
The apartments are a good value until you move in. The apartment has no sound isolation, you will hear everything your neighbors are doing. If you were expecting to get any of your deposit back don’t, they will make up charges and be sure to subtract the cost of mailing YOUR money back to you via certified mail. Brad will take his volt meter down to your apartment when you are checking out to test the 9volt batteries in the smoke detector to determine if he needs to charge you to replace the batteries. And the remainder of your deposit will be eaten up by cleaning fees. Brad up front seems like a nice guy (property manager), but The property manager is a joke don’t waist your money living here. This wasn’t my first time renting I have 5 years of rental history and this was by far the worst experience, First bad time I had as a renter. I even reached out to the property management “office” to tell them about my experience but they never responded
