Hands down the best apartment in the area. Open layout with lofted privacy and a 2nd bedroom or great at home office. Amazing natural light throughout the day. Former home of famous artist Juan Doe and an international photographer. Has laundry in the unit, 4 large closest for storage, heat and hot water included. 15 foot ceiling. 1 and a half blocks for the Halsey L stop. Building has great vibe with young working professionals and artists throughout. Ground floor has a local micro brewery ( http://www.bridgeandtunnelbrewery.com/ ) for when you need a break and want to relax. Great cafes and restaurants just steps away. Secure entry way and units with cameras throughout and A-Phone (voice and video from apartment unit) entry system. ABOUT THIS LISTER Owner's only a call away if needed. We have been in the area for over 30 years and are very knowledgeable about any questions you may have. We currently have an on site office so getting in touch with us or seeing us is a breeze.
