It's a 12-minute drive to Calgary International Airport, 15 minutes to Nose Hill Park for hiking and city views, and 20 minutes to Downtown Calgary, the Calgary Zoo, Prince’s Island Park, TELUS Spark Science Centre, SAIT, University of Calgary, and Winsport. Quick access to major highways, including the Trans-Canada Highway, makes road trips to Banff, Kananaskis, and Canmore (under 1.5 hours) a breeze. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. There is a strict complaint policy; one complaint is a warning, and a second complaint results in eviction. Noise levels should be kept under 85db, as a noise detector is in use. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, with a $250 CAD fine for any migration of smoke or smell of smoke from the unit. No shoes are allowed inside the home. Guests are responsible for any damage to linens, towels, utilities, or equipment. Improper waste disposal may result in fees. Guests must follow all municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost. Parking guides must be followed to avoid fees, fines, or towing. Essential supplies are provided for the start of the stay, with additional replenishments available at an extra cost. Guests are responsible for any plumbing issues resulting from food or debris in sinks. Costs associated with locksmiths for locked bathroom doors will be the guest's responsibility. Tampering with safety devices/equipment will result in warnings and potential eviction. No parties, drugs, excessive drinking, or loud music are allowed; events for work or meetings are permitted upon request. Guests must exercise caution on the balcony, and children must be supervised by an adult. A $200 fee will be charged for the Banff Pass and unit fob/key if not returned. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur fees. Alterations to dates, guests, or stay length are subject to host approval and cancellation policy terms. For same-day reservations, standard check-in times are not guaranteed, and delays may occur. Guests must contact the host in advance to confirm their expected arrival time. Access to the unit is subject to cleaning and preparation status. Guests must arrange to collect any left-behind items within 14 days of checkout, with shipping incurring a $50 fee plus postage. Do not try to fix or troubleshoot issues with plumbing, appliances, or electrical systems unless instructed otherwise. Host does not offer compensation for unforeseeable inconveniences. No temporary or permanent fixtures are allowed, and decorations should not be taped or pinned to walls or furnishings. Be mindful of locking bathroom doors from the outside.
