This home is conveniently located 5 minutes from McDonalds and Stoney Trail, 5 minutes from No Frills, 10 minutes from Costco, T&T, and H-Mart, 12 minutes from Calgary International Airport, 15 minutes from Nose Hill Park (hiking & city views), 20 minutes from Downtown Calgary, 20 minutes from Calgary Zoo (visit the Polar Bears!), 20 minutes from Prince’s Island Park, 20 minutes from TELUS Spark Science Centre, 20 minutes from SAIT, 20 minutes from the University of Calgary, and 20 minutes from Win sport (year-round sports & activities). It also has quick access to major highways, just 5 minutes to Stoney Trail & Trans-Canada Highway, making road trips to Banff, Kananaskis, and Canmore (under 1.5 hours) a breeze! A $250 CAD fine will be charged if smoking occurs with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from the unit, following the law and fine policy.
