Must be clean, respectful, responsible, and LGBTQ friendly. Private room and private bathroom available in my 3 bed / 3 bath townhome in east Bluffdale. Bedroom is roughly 12' x 13’. In the attached floor plan the room for rent is labeled ‘Bedroom 2’. It's a "master bedroom" in that it has it's own bath only accessible via the bedroom but it's not the largest/master in the house. This end-unit townhome has lots of natural light, 3rd-floor laundry, large living room, large great room, etc. The neighborhood includes walking trails and a large park with pickleball courts, skate park, and bike park. Other details: - Utilities are an additional $150/month. Total rent + utilities = $750/month - Renter’s insurance is required. - Garage parking is available for an extra $30/month. Garage will accommodate most cars but not some larger vehicles (i.e. certain trucks or SUVs). - This is a six-month lease. - No other roommates (only 2 people living here, including you.) About me: I’m a single professional male and I often work from home. I use the third bedroom as my office. Text me if interested. Deposit Details: You can expect to receive most of your deposit back unless there is damage or additional cleaning needed when you move out.
