About This Property

This unit is the downstairs back-door unit, in a private single family home, and there are well-lit hillside steps from off-street parking downhill to the door. Secluded, peaceful setting. 2 dogs and 2 cats live upstairs with owner, and your pets are welcome. (Please know the yard is not fenced and there can be the occasional coyote. However - There is a "dog run" cable to permit your furry friend a little outdoor roaming while you do other tasks or enjoy the outdoor area shown.) A lovely sunset view and (mostly) quiet nature-setting provide a mountain retreat for mental-emotional restoration. Hardwood floors, tile kitchen counter, Corian bathroom sink, shower with hand-held shower-head. (I neglected to get that photo. When possible I'll update this listing with that.) When you come home you have left the city behind (with rare exception of neighboring parties 2-3x a year) Laundry available on the property. You share the patio + deck (see pictures) with guest-house resident and occasionally myself. There is generous closet & storage, and wifi and utilities are included (no tv cable tho). Suitable for 1-2 people. No loud parties, please no addiction or excessive or frequent use issues (alcohol, weed, and no illegal drugs). Please know that we will be "housemates" with our own private units. This means that compatibility and "vibes" will be important for both of us, even though we won't be "in" each other's living space. There is one door which connects the units, and is almost never needed or used. So mutual honesty is important. Storage (not shown) is available, approx 4'x8', readily accessible directly from your unit. Your having a bit of tech savvy will be very helpful as the modem-wifi-router has to be in your unit in order to reach my unit upstairs and the guesthouse nearby. Dogs-cats OK. Not furnished.
