This urban explorer's dream offers a high-end base to experience the city's vibrant sports, entertainment, food, and nightlife. The main floor features an open kitchen, living, and dining area, along with a convenient half-bath. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. Step out onto the rooftop deck for stunning city views. A 2-car driveway is available on site for parking. Located in the heart of Over the Rhine, you're less than a 1-minute walk to the iconic Cincinnati destination Somerset Bar. Enjoy easy access to Music Hall, Washington Park, stadiums for the Reds, Bengals, and FC Cincinnati, Rhinegeist Brewery, Findlay Market, and the University of Cincinnati. Dozens of restaurants, bars, theaters, and museums are within walking distance. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent and may result in criminal trespassing charges. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and lighting anything in the property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior will also result in reservation termination without refund. The property reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is any concern about harm to people or property, disturbing neighbors, or harming the property's reputation. If there is any reason to believe a party is intended, entry will be denied. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed unless expressly disclosed and will result in reservation termination without refund if discovered, with a $300 cleaning fee for excessive pet hair. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, or "trashed" will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150. Over the Rhine is an urban environment with potential for litter and people congregating around nearby convenience stores, and neighbors may sit outside their homes.
