The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and in-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. On-site garage parking is available for a nightly fee of $20. Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Crystal City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents and must be completed before arrival. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10, with a $100 fee for lost wristbands. The pool is open from 11 AM to 8 PM daily. Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We provide a starter kit of supplies, including one set of towels per registered guest, but washcloths are not provided. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside and parties on the property are each charged a $300 fine.
