All properties are non-smoking, with fines of $250 for each instance of smoking inside, outside, on balconies, or within 7 meters of buildings. Minimum age to rent is 25 and no pets are allowed. There is a portable 1400 BTU air conditioning unit in the living room and each bedroom to help with high temperatures. A bike rack is available at the back of the parking stall for 2 bikes, but bikes are not allowed in lobbies or elevators, with fines issued for violations. Minimum stay is 30 nights.
