Tenant Review

Positives: 1) Matt is a nice landlord 2) Outside of the tenants directly above us being loud, the building is quiet. Negatives: 1) Landlord is anal about rent. Generally in most places, you have until the 4th or 5th to get your rent in. Here if you don't get it in by the 2nd or 3rd there's a 5% penalty. 2) Parking works for one car not two. 3) Repairs are generally done with cheap material. 4) No landlord or maintenance on staff. 5) No amenities (fitness center, etc). Generally, the apartment will work if you need a place for a year or two. I think rent wise it's over priced by $100 to $200. It's not a bad or great place just an apartment which is why I'm giving it a 3.

I LOVE THIS APARTMENT

Two bedrooms, two baths, a balcony the full length of the apartment, bright, spacious, and tons of storage. Needs updated dishwasher and oven but they're still functioning so the update would be mostly for aesthetics. Walking distance to many necessities like the post office, a few restaurants, a corner store, a barber shop, and even the mall. I wish I could stay here forever!
